HOW SOON CAN ORDERS SHIP?

Most orders ship within 3 days, however longer wait times may occur during holidays and promotions. Please reach out via email if you have not received a tracking update within 10 business days of your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard shipping is typically 3-5 depending on location and time of year, with Priority usually delivering in 2-3 days from shipment. Local delivery is available with a 2-3 day processing time.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH MY GIFT?

Each Chefkit includes the items listed on the website as well as an information card with details on each product, where it came from, and a few different ways to use them.

CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED NOTE WITH MY GIFT?

Sure thing! Just add your custom note in your cart in the "message" box.

CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE GIFTS IN THE SAME ORDER?

If you are shipping multiple gifts to the same recipient, yes! We are only able to ship each order to a single address, so please keep that in mind when completing your checkout.

HOW CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

You can easily return an unused item through our website return portal with your order information. Please reach out via email if you have questions or would prefer to return via email. More information on shipping and returns is available on our SHIPPING AND RETURNS page.
